About Peggy Kraus

Peggy is a certified diabetes educator and a clinical exercise physiologist. Peggy's understanding of what causes type-2 diabetes and pre-diabetes has empowered her to be able to reverse diabetes in many. She heals people with food and exercise not with drugs and procedures.

For more than 17 years, Peggy has worked as a clinical exercise physiologist at Southampton Hospital's CardioPulmonary Rehab Center. She also is a Wellness Challenge facilitator for Wellness Foundation in East Hampton.

Peggy holds a Master's degree from New York University in Professional Physical Education, and she is certified to teach plant-based nutrition. Peggy is a member of the American Association of Diabetes Educators, the American Diabetes Association, the American College of Sports Medicine, and the IDEA Health & Fitness Association.
