People who exercise regularly at appropriate levels and who eat a healthful diet can reduce or even eliminate their need for prescription medications, lose weight and maintain it without counting calories, and even reverse their heart disease and other chronic conditions.  My philosophies are evidence-based, and I provide encouragement and motivation to get the job done.
